AdSyntara

Cookie Policy

Last updated 2026-08-04

This is a plain-language summary of our current practices, not a document drafted or reviewed by a lawyer.

Short version

AdSyntara does not use analytics cookies inside the product. Our public marketing site (this site, outside of your logged-in dashboard) runs the Meta Pixel, so that we can measure and improve our own advertising — see "What we do use" below for exactly what that means. We don't run Google Analytics or any other analytics/advertising tool beyond that.

What we do use

When you log in, your session token is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. It's used only to authenticate your own requests to our servers, and it's cleared when you log out or clear your browser's site data. This page's own language toggle (English/Arabic) is also remembered in local storage, for your convenience.

Our public marketing pages (adsyntara.com's homepage and other pages you can see before logging in) load the Meta Pixel, a tracking script from Meta (Facebook/Instagram's parent company). It lets us see when someone who clicked one of our own Facebook/Instagram ads visits this site, so we can measure whether our own advertising is working — the same way any business running Meta ads commonly does. It is not present inside the logged-in product (your dashboard, campaigns, leads, or any other in-product page) and is never used to track your customers or their campaigns. See Meta's own Privacy Policy for how Meta itself handles this data.

What could change

If we ever add further analytics or similar tools, we'll update this page first and describe exactly what's added and why.
