Data Processing Agreement

This page describes our role and subprocessors at a summary level. We haven't yet had a formal DPA drafted by counsel — if your organization needs a signed DPA (for example, for GDPR compliance), contact us and we'll work through it directly.

Our role

When you use AdSyntara, we act as a data processor for the company, campaign, and contact data you input — you (the tenant) remain the data controller, deciding what data goes in and what it's used for.

Subprocessors

Cloud infrastructure — our hosting provider, which stores the application database and files.
AI providers — whichever of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or DeepSeek your platform administrator has configured, used to process specific AI-feature requests as described in our AI Usage Policy.
Ad platforms — Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Snapchat, but only for the accounts you explicitly connect and only to publish/manage the campaigns you create.
Email delivery — an SMTP provider used to send account and notification emails.

Data location and deletion

Data is stored on infrastructure managed by AdSyntara. A platform administrator can permanently delete a tenant's data on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

دورنا

عند استخدامك لـ AdSyntara، نعمل كمعالج بيانات لبيانات الشركة والحملات وجهات الاتصال التي تُدخلها — تبقى أنت (المستأجر) المتحكم بالبيانات، وتقرر ما البيانات التي تُدخَل وفيما تُستخدم.

المعالجون الفرعيون

البنية التحتية السحابية — مزوّد الاستضافة الخاص بنا، الذي يخزّن قاعدة بيانات التطبيق وملفاته.
مزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي — أي من OpenAI أو Anthropic أو Google أو xAI أو DeepSeek قام مسؤول منصتك بإعداده، ويُستخدم لمعالجة طلبات ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي المحددة كما هو موضح في سياسة استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
منصات الإعلانات — ميتا وجوجل وتيك توك ولينكدإن و/أو سناب شات، ولكن فقط للحسابات التي تربطها صراحةً وفقط لنشر وإدارة الحملات التي تنشئها.
تسليم البريد الإلكتروني — مزوّد SMTP يُستخدم لإرسال رسائل الحساب والإشعارات.

موقع البيانات وحذفها

تُخزَّن البيانات على بنية تحتية تديرها AdSyntara. يمكن لمسؤول المنصة حذف بيانات مستأجر ما نهائياً عند الطلب، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
